At Henneberry Orthodontics, in Stillwater, we believe that your first visit to see an orthodontist is the most important one! The first visit to a doctor’s office can seem intimidating, especially for young children. However, your first visit with Dr. Henneberry will be completely painless. Here is what you can expect:
You will be warmly greeted by our team, introduced to board-certified orthodontist Dr. Michael Henneberry, and given an office tour. Our highly-trained team member will then take digital photographs of your teeth (8 total) and, if necessary, a panoramic and cephalometric X-ray. These images will aid Dr. Henenberry in evaluating your teeth, jaws, and facial structures.
After reviewing these records, Dr. Henneberry will join you in a private consultation room to discuss your individualized and unique treatment plan. This is either done on the same day, or booked for a later time when all family members can be there to ask questions. Dr. Henneberry will point out specific areas of concern and show the correction that can be expected. He will take as much time as necessary to answer your questions and determine what method of treatment is best for you. We believe a well-informed patient is a happy patient, and we welcome any and all questions you may have. Dr. Henneberry and his assistant will then walk you through the process, explaining everything from scheduling to expected discomfort levels, to finances and payment options. We go all-out to make sure that no question goes unanswered.
Orthodontic treatment is a process, one that involves a series of visits from adjustments all the way through retainer checks. We value the relationship that we will build with you and your family along the way and want you to be confident that you are receiving the best orthodontic care possible.
